Hunter, Jr., J.), entered September 23, 2005, which, to the extent appealed from, denied NED’s motion to disqualify defendants-respondents Georgoulis & Associates, PLLC and Christopher Georgoulis from representing plaintiff (Strongback), unanimously affirmed, with costs.
