BLUMENFELD, District Judge:

In this case, two students enrolled at the University of Connecticut, who are required to pay tuition and other fees at higher rates than residents of Connecticut by reason of the application of Conn.Gen.Stats. § 10-329b, as amended by Public Act No. 5, § 126 (June Session 1971), 1 challenge the validity of this statute as violative of the due process and equal protection clauses of the United States Constitution.
