*743Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Berkowitz, J.), rendered March 20, 2007, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, pursuant to a stipulation in lieu of motions, of the suppression of physical evidence.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, and the matter is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for a new trial.
