After what only can be described as a tortuous procedural history,1 the defendant Ethan Book, Jr.,2 ultimately appeals from the July 21, 2005 supplemental judgment of the trial court, as exemplified in writing on August 24, 2005, in favor of the plaintiff, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., ratifying the foreclosure sale of certain of the defendant’s real property, ordering the disbursement of proceeds, awarding an additional $3600 in attorney’s fees and granting the plaintiffs motion to reserve the remaining proceeds from the foreclosure sale.
