Ethan Book brings this suit pro se seeking damages arising out of a mortgage foreclosure and sale of real property located in Fairfield, Connecticut (the “Fairfield property”). Book’s complaint raises claims for negligence, breach of contract, violations of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, fraud, coercion, conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and the “establishment and participation in a hostile environment.” Complaint at 21-25.
