This is a proceeding for a writ of mandate to compel the Superior Court for Los Angeles County to dismiss an action now pending in that court against petitioner and others.
On January 22, 1965, John Fernandes filed a complaint in the respondent court to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly suffered on January 24, 1964, while employed by Maid-Rite Cabinet Co.
