By motion dated January 16, 2009, defendant Juan Echevarria (“Echevarria”) moved to suppress certain physical evidence, and by letter dated July 7, 2009, defendant Quirino Sanchez (“Sanchez”) joined in the motion. On September 23, 2009, a hearing was held on the motions.
