HOOPER, Chief Justice.
T.D.T. was convicted on two counts of child abuse and one count of first-degree sexual abuse. He was sentenced to 10 years’ imprisonment for the sexual-abuse conviction and to imprisonment for terms of 10 years and 2 years for the two child-abuse convictions. The trial judge ordered that he serve the sentences consecutively. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed. T.D.T. v. State, 745 So.2d 885 (Ala.Crim.App.1998).
