In all of these cases actions were brought under Section 925(e), Title 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, Emergency Price Control Act, as amended; and they were brought by the Office of Price Administration, through the then Acting Price Administrator in behalf of the United States, to recover treble damages and in some instances requests for injunctive relief were made.
