The petition stated three causes of action. Service by publication was had on the defendants. Judgment was entered by default for the amount asked on all three causes. Subsequently successors in interest to defendants filed a motion to open up the judgment, and an answer. The trial court allowed this motion. Plaintiff has appealed.
