delivered the opinion of the court:

Defendant was indicted for forgery and a violation of the Illinois Business Corporation Act — section 439.41 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 32, par. 119), pledging fraudulent stock. Following conviction on both charges, probation was denied, and he was sentenced to 1 to 5 years, though, the court failed to specify on which conviction the sentence rested.
