OPINION
BROWN, Judge.
Vinod C. Gupta appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to set aside a tax sale. Gupta raises two issues, which we revise and restate as whether the trial court erred by denying Gupta's motion to set aside a tax sale. 1 We affirm.
The relevant facts follow. In October 2004, Gupta purchased property at a tax sale. On February 16, 2006, the trial court entered an order directing the County Auditor to issue a tax deed relating to the parcel purchased by Gupta.
