This is an action for divorce on the ground of cruelty. In her complaint plaintiff alleges that there is a large amount of property belonging to the community, and prays for an equal division thereof between herself and defendant. Defendant denies that any of the property described belongs to the community, and alleges that it is all his individual *368estate.
