Defendant Manuel Guevara, Jr., was charged with one count of escape (Pen. Code, § 4532, subd. (b)), 1 five counts of kidnaping (§ 207), two counts of burglary (§ 459), one count of robbery (§ 211) and two counts of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle (Veh. Code, § 10851).
