This case comes before the court on an appeal from an opinion and decree of the Workmen’s Compensation Board affirming *85the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and award made by the referee in the Bureau of Workmen’s Compensation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for District No. 5 in the above-entitled claim.
