This appeal stems from the bankruptcy of International Administrative Services, Inc. (“IAS” or the “Debtor”). The Debt- or’s stock trustee (the “Trustee”), acting on behalf of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) filed an adversary proceeding against IBT International, Inc. (“IBT”) and Southern California Sunbelt Developers, Inc. (“SCSD”) to recover assets that had been fraudulently transferred from the Debtor to IBT and SCSD.
