The plaintiff, Susan Tilley, filed this tort action alleging that the defendants, Anix-ter, Inc., Pacer/Anixter, Inc. and her former husband, David G. Tilley, conspired to alter the reporting of Mr. Tilley’s income during the Tilley’s 1994 divorce proceedings.
