It is assigned as error, that the trial court received in evidence the books of account of Beak & Bucher, showing the items of the accounts sued upon. It is claimed, that a proper foundation was not laid for the introduction of the books, and that, therefore, they should not have been admitted.

We think, that the books were properly admitted in connection with the evidence set forth in the statement of facts, which precedes this opinion. The court did not determine the weight of the books-as testimony, but simply their admissibility. It was for the jury to decide what weight should be given to…
