These cases were tried by agreement before a judge of the Superior Court of Cook county without a jury. No. propositions were submitted by either side to the trial court to be held as law in the decision of the case. There is, therefore, no question before us for our consideration, except the question hereafter mentioned as to the correctness of the ruling of the trial court in the admission of certain evidence.
