MEMORANDUM & ORDER
O’MALLEY, District Judge.
Plaintiff, the United States of America, seeks summary judgment in this action against Defendant, Foresome Entertainment Company (Foresome). Specifically, the United States asks that this Court enter judgment as a matter of law ordering Foresome to remove several structures and obstructions from property over which the United States owns flowage easement rights, and enjoining future construction which is inconsistent with the terms of that easement.
