Plaintiff filed the bill of complaint to establish her title to certain lands and for an injunction. Plaintiff appeals from a decree based upon a stipulation agreed to by her attorney in open court.

On February 28, 1940, plaintiff was the owner by inheritance from her parents of the house and lot where she and her parents had lived for many years in Jackson. There was a mortgage against the premises for about $900, which mortgage was about to be foreclosed. Plaintiff desired to obtain a loan from defendant Clifford A.
