Defendant appeals as of right from the Oakland County Circuit Court’s March 23, 1982, judgment awarding damages to plaintiffs for defendant’s failure to seize property pursuant to a writ of execution.
A detailed statement of facts and proceedings is necessary for resolution of the issues raised. On September 27, 1974, and November 24, 1974, default judgments were entered in favor of plaintiffs and against Peter Lazaros and the Lazaros trust.
