This is an action for damages for personal injuries. There was a verdict and judgment in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $3,000. Defendant has appealed.
Plaintiff was the only witness at the trial other than the medical witnesses. His testimony tends to show that on July 10, 1925, he was employed by the defendant who was engaged in constructing a building in Kansas City known as the President Hotel.
