Plaintiffs brought this action against defendant Waste Management, Inc. (“WMI”) to recover overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq. This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs’ objection to the June 15, 2009, 2009 WL 1664451, order of United States Magistrate Judge Jeffrey J.
