MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Anthony Rivera brings this action-against defendant Rosenberg & Associates, LLC, claiming that defendant violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., when it attempted to collect on plaintiffs mortgage debt and threatened foreclosure against, plaintiffs property without having the legal authority to do so.
