Plaintiffs Barbara Keeton and Wilbert Keeton, Jr. are waging a desperate battle to retain possession of their family home. In support of that effort, they have pursued this multi-year litigation against several lending entities to challenge the validi ty of the loan that has put their property in jeopardy of foreclosure.
