Plaintiffs Samuel Oliva and the Jaye Vacala Revocable Trust filed a breach of contract action against their tenants, defendants Amtech Reliable Elevator Company (Amtech) and Otis Elevator Company (Otis), Amtech’s lease assignee, seeking damages for defendants’ alleged breach of the parties’ agreement to extend an office lease for an additional three-year term.
