MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LAMAR W. DAVIS, JR., Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is Plaintiffs Complaint to determine the dischargeability of debts. Debtor filed his Chapter 13 case on April 29, 2003, listing Plaintiff, his ex-wife, as a creditor. Plaintiff asserts that obligations Debtor incurred in their divorce decree are non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5) or (a)(15). The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 157.
