This action was commenced by the appellee as plaintiff, January 23, 1914, against the board of supervisors of Yavapai county for the purpose of restraining such board from calling an election to be held upon the question of authorizing the county to create an indebtedness by an issue of the bonds of the county to the amount of $250,000 for the purpose of raising a fund for the construction and furnishing of a county courthouse.
