Before the Court is defendant ADT ■ LLC’s motion to dismiss the complaint with prejudice, which is granted for the reasons explained below.
BACKGROUND
This diversity suit arises out of a fire that occurred on October 25, 2013 at the Gurnee, Illinois home of Giovanni and Kathy Lasso. The fire caused severe property damage. (Compl. ¶ 6.)
