This case presents error from the district court of Woodward county, and involves the question of the plaintiff's rights to maintain an action to recover damages on account of the alleged negligent acts of the carrier in the transportation and delivery of "two interstate shipments of cattle —the first shipment being from Kansas City, Mo., to Woodward, Okla.; the second, from Woodward to Kansas City. The damages to the Woodward shipment were claimed to have resulted directly from the negligence of the carrier in unloading plaintiff’s cattle in its pens at Waynoka, which pens were at the time…
