This is a suit in ejectment by the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company against George McBride and T. H. Slover to recover certain lands consisting of a part of its station grounds and right of way in the city of Sulphur, Okla. The plaintiff alleges that it is the owner of the above described lands and tenements by reason of having purchased the same from the Sulphur Springs Railway Company, which company became the owner of said lands by virtue of condemnation proceedings on the 22nd day of December, 1902, under the provisions of the act of Congress, approved February…
