This state prisoner, Claude 0. Jones, now in the custody of the Warden of the Virginia Penitentiary under consecutive sentences aggregating thirty-nine years, claims that he was denied the effective assistance of counsel at his trial on in-formations containing three counts of breaking and entering, two of grand larceny and one of possession of burglary tools.
