MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter comes before the court on two motions. Defendant Vermeer Manufacturing Company (hereinafter “Vermeer Manufacturing”) moves pursuant to Rule 26(c)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for a protective order. Vermeer requests that the court enter an order that the deposition of Stewart Kanis, M.D., (hereinafter “Dr. Kanis”) not be taken in this case. Plaintiff Robert E.
