PIERCE, Judge.

Employer, T.L. Printz Construction Company, and the dependents of John P. Butko-vich (claimants) seek review of a final order of the Industrial Commission finding that employer’s policy of workmen’s compensation insurance by the State Compensation Insurance Fund (Fund) had lapsed prior to Butkovich’s fatal industrial accident. We set aside the order.

It was undisputed that Butkovich died as a result of injuries suffered in a work-related accident which occurred on July 22, 1981. The Fund had issued employer a workmen’s compensation policy for the period September 24, 1980, to…
