This is an accelerated appeal from a judgment of the Norwalk Municipal Court which found defendant-appellant, Wendy M. Nichols, guilty of failing to file an application for registration of a dog in violation of R.C. 955.21 and guilty of failing to confine a dangerous dog in violation of R.C. 955.22. On the R.C. 955.21 conviction, Nichols was given a thirty-day suspended sentence, fined $100 and ordered to pay court costs of $50.70.
