OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Thomas Cox, appeals his conviction in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas on one second-degree felony count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, in violation of R.C. 2925.041(A), one third-degree felony count of conspiracy to commit illegal manufacture of drugs, in violation of R.C. 2923.01(A)(2) and R.C. 2925.04(A), and one fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs, in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm appellant's conviction.
