Appellant Transportes Aereos Mercan-tiles Pan Americanos, S.A., a/k/a Tampa Airlines (“Tampa Airlines”) appeals from the district court’s order granting a preliminary injunction in favor of appellees International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (“IAM”) and District 100, IAM.
