Upon leave to appeal, plaintiffs, Harold Raymond Mann and Regional Trucking Company, Inc. (Regional), appeal from the grant of summary judgment to defendant, Interstate Fire & Casualty Company (Interstate), in a declaratory judgment action seeking indemnification and a defense in a wrongful death action.
