This is an action by plaintiff Sylvan Learning Systems, Inc. (“Sylvan”) against defendants Irwin Gordon (“Gordon”), Federal Insurance Company, Chubb Insurance Company of New Jersey, Chubb & Son, Inc. (collectively, “Chubb”), Cornwall & Stevens Northeast, Inc. (“Cornwall”) and Universal Bonding Insurance Company (“Universal”) (collectively, the “Defendants”).
