ORDER AND JUDGMENT *

CARLOS F. LUCERO, Circuit Judge.

Delfino Barocio-Mendez, 1 a native of Mexico, appeals his sentence guilty plea to illegal reentry in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a), (b)(2). His counsel seeks leave to withdraw in a brief filed pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Neither Barocio nor the government filed a response to the Anders brief. Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we dismiss the appeal and grant counsel’s motion to withdraw.
