In this dispute between a commercial tenant and its landlord, both sides appeal from the judgment rendered after a jury trial. The tenant and a related party maintain that the landlord breached 'an agreement to sell the property to one or both of them and additionally breached a lease provision giving the tenant the right to lease additional space.
