This is tbe second appeal in tbis case. Appellant, Fill C. Sanders, sued appellee, Dan F. Walden, to recover $600 damages to bis automobile, alleged to have resulted from tbe negligence of appellee. At tbe time of the mishap and resulting damages, appellant’s ear was being driven by J. B. Sanders, bis brother, to whom be bad loaned the car. They thus occupied the position of bailor and bailee.
