MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GADOLA, District Judge.
Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion to remand [docket entry 2]. After a hearing in open court and consideration of the parties’ submissions, the Court denies Plaintiffs’ motion to remand.
I BACKGROUND
Plaintiffs filed their complaint in the Circuit Court for the County of Wayne on December 26, 2000. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants are corporations that collaborate with one another to provide lawn care services to roughly 3.5 million customers.
