Twenty-two executions issued from the Clerk’s office of the Greenup Circuit Court, on recognizances having the force of replevin bonds, in favor of different creditors against John and David Trimble and John T. Woodrow, indorsed “no security of any kind to betaken,” and were placed in the hands of R. M. Briggs, D.
