This is an appeal from a final order of the district court dismissing the complaint *58of appellant Louise Seredinski. Seredinski brought suit against her employer, Clifton Precision Products Company (“Clifton”), alleging (in addition to a variety of state law claims) that she had been a victim of sex discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (1982) (“Title VII”), and age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.…
