Plaintiffs-Appellants Joshawa Webb and Herman Price (a.k.a. Ronald Davis) appeal the district court’s grants of summary judgment and dismissals of their claims in their civil-rights actions against Defendants-Appellees Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) officers Lee Lucas, Robert Cross, Thomas Verhiley, and Jamaal An-sari; Richland County Sheriffs Office (RCSO) officers Chuck Metcalf, Matt Mayer, and Larry Faith; and the United States.
