OPINION

ALICE M. BATCHELDER, Circuit Judge.

In this interlocutory appeal from the district court’s denial of a claim of qualified immunity, the defendants argue that the plaintiffs evidence did not create genuine disputes of material fact so as to overcome summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, we establish our appellate jurisdiction and AFFIRM.
