In these consolidated appeals, Melody Perkins challenges two orders of Judge Bartlett1 and one order of Chief Judge Wright.2 First, Perkins appeals Judge Bartlett’s entry of summary judgment in favor of her employer, General Motors (GM), on her claim that GM breached its duty under Kansas common law to maintain a workplace free from sexual harassment.
