*67{¶ 1} Respondent, Justin Enrique Fernandez, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0062974, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1994. On September 1, 2016, we publicly reprimanded Fernandez for his failure to provide sufficient information to his client to permit her to make informed decisions about his plans to achieve her legal objectives.
